Job summary

Projility Inc. is seeking a Consulting Manager to lead the delivery of client-facing IT and Microsoft projects from a remote/home-office setup across South Florida and Houston. The role reports to the Director of Consulting and focuses on people leadership, client trust, and growth opportunities.

You will guide 6-10 consultants, manage multiple projects, and ensure high client satisfaction while expanding services and revenue with existing clients.

Qualifications

• 6-12 years of consulting experience, preferably with a major or established firm.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field.
• IT project-management and project-scheduling experience.
• Previous managerial or team-leadership experience.
• Significant client-facing experience leading technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and platforms.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 6-10 technical consultants.
• Own the consulting delivery process.
• Manage and oversee multiple client projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects meet client expectations and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
• Serve as a senior point of contact and escalation resource for clients.
• Assist with proposals, statements of work, estimates, and solution development.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and generate additional revenue from existing clients.
• Provide technical and project-management leadership to the consulting team.
