Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Delivery Lead to helm Microsoft platform and business applications engagements across diverse clients in the United States. You will own end-to-end delivery, aligning technical work with business outcomes while guiding multi-disciplinary teams and managing budgets, timelines, and quality.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and the ability to travel to client sites. Hybrid work arrangements are supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of seven years of experience leading enterprise technology delivery programs.
• Experience preferably in Microsoft platform or business applications environments.
• Proven success managing complex client engagements with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Strong leadership experience guiding technical and functional teams in a matrixed, client-facing environment.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft technologies and delivery methodologies.
• Ability to align solutions to business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• US Citizenship is contractually required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites when needed.

• Direct cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, developers, and project resources.
• Advise clients and internal teams on delivery strategy, platform adoption, and operational excellence.
• Manage escalations, remove delivery roadblocks, and maintain communication with leadership and client sponsors.
• Support business growth through delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and proposal or solution shaping activities.
• Travel to client sites when needed.
