Job summary

PTC is seeking an experienced Application Architect / Solution Consultant for Servigistics implementations across EMEA. You will design and deliver Service Parts Planning solutions, lead workshops, and guide customers through best practices to improve service levels and inventory optimization.

You will collaborate with a multicultural team, travel ~10%, and contribute to knowledge growth within the Service Supply Chain domain.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Previous professional experience in Supply Planning, Service Parts Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Planning.
Hands‑on experience with Service Parts Planning software; Servigistics familiarity is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of Service Supply Chain, inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, or Service Parts Management concepts.
Ability to lead customer-facing workshops and translate requirements into designs.

Responsibilities

Act as an Application Architect / Solution Consultant on Servigistics implementation projects.
Lead and facilitate customer workshops to understand business requirements and define solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.
Configure and support the implementation of Service Parts Planning solutions.
Provide customer training on Servigistics functionality and best practices.
Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, architects, and customer teams.
Travel to customer locations for workshops and implementation activities (≈10%).
