Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Technical Solution Consultant to join its sales team in Portland, Oregon (remote-friendly). You will collaborate with Sales Representatives, RVPs, Account Managers and Solution Consultants to educate customers on our AI governance, security, privacy, and integration capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience with a focus on cloud environments.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technology into client value.
• Experience with SaaS and HRIS/CRM systems.
• Comfort collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Convey value proposition through presentations, demos, and Q&A.
• Align technology with client needs and objectives.
• Map customer tech ecosystems and fit into their environment.
• Communicate complex tech solutions clearly.
• Engage IT and business stakeholders including CISOs and HRIS Analysts.
• Lead discovery and coordinate with implementation teams.
• Stay current on competitors and industry standards.
• Support RFP responses and compile technical answers.
• Create architecture diagrams and client-facing materials.
• Be available for post-sale technical inquiries and internal enablement.
