Join a dynamic Business Technology Solutions team as a Technical Solutions Analyst supporting a diverse portfolio of enterprise applications across areas such as drawing management/CAD, mail and delivery services, facilities, and cafeteria/food services. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that requires working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure applications deliver reliable, effective solutions.
About the Role
This Technical Solutions Analyst role serves as a primary technology contact for assigned applications and solutions, ensuring the health, stability, performance, and ongoing support of production applications while leading and supporting global programs and commissioning/qualification activities across manufacturing sites.
This is strictly a W2 role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technology contact for assigned applications and solutions.
- Ensure the health, stability, performance, and ongoing support of production applications.
- Lead and support the rollout of global programs and commissioning/qualification activities across manufacturing sites.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, operational efficiency, and real-time use of data.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and enhance business processes and strategies across multiple business units.
- Evaluate existing systems and emerging technologies and develop effective integrated information management strategies.
- Ensure technology solutions remain aligned with business strategies and overall technology direction.
- Identify strategic opportunities for technology adoption and provide analysis and recommendations to business leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
- Manage project risks, issues, conflicts, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive initiatives through the complete system life cycle, from concept and planning through implementation and ongoing support.
- Recommend process and technology improvements that enhance business value.
- Oversee assigned areas of work, including technical, financial, quality, and delivery aspects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies, procedures, and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience managing global enterprise applications and technology products, preferably within a GxP or other critical infrastructure environment.
- Experience supporting GxP applications, business intelligence initiatives, and/or data engineering programs.
- Strong understanding of application/system life cycle management and experience taking initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Project management experience in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
- Experience coordinating and managing the work of contractors, vendors, or direct reports.
- Strong technical problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
