Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Technical Solutions Analyst to join the Central Services team in Lake County, IL. You will support a diverse portfolio of applications spanning drawing management/CAD, mail and delivery, facilities, and cafeteria services, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and vendors.

The role emphasizes owning solutions, collaborating across business units, and driving value through data usage and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years’ experience, or master’s degree with 8 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience managing global products and applications, ideally in a GxP or critical infrastructure environment.
• Experience supporting GxP applications, on BI programs or data engineering.
• Project management experience in agile or waterfall environments.
• Experience managing contractors or direct reports.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned technologies.
• Ensure the health of assigned production applications.
• Manage the rollout of global programs for commissioning & qualification at manufacturing sites.
• Improve customer experience and real-time data usage for site operations.
• Understand and enhance business processes and strategies across multiple business units.
• Investigate existing systems and industry technologies; develop integrated information management strategies.
• Comply with Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Seek strategic business opportunities for technology application; provide strategic analyses and insights.
• Ensure alignment between business strategies and technology directions.
• Make recommendations for process improvement objectives.
• Develop business relationships; coordinate portfolio of solutions.
• Manage conflicts, risks, and issues; keep stakeholders informed.
• Oversee a significant area of work, including technical, financial, and quality aspects.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, supporting our diverse portfolio of applications supporting drawing management/CAD, mail and delivery services, facilities, and cafeteria/food services. This client-facing role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
