Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business or related; advanced degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years in technical consulting or similar client-facing tech role.
• Hands-on experience with software configuration, implementation, system integration, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements.

Technical Consultant – Software Implementation & Integration

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to support customers throughout the implementation, configuration, and integration of enterprise software solutions. This role sits at the intersection of technology, consulting, and client delivery, partnering directly with customers to understand their operational needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a combination of technical aptitude, client-facing consulting experience, and project delivery skills. You will guide customers from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post-launch adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to gather business and technical requirements and understand existing processes and workflows.
• Translate customer needs into solution designs, implementation plans, and software configurations.

• Understanding of implementation and project delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience supporting projects through discovery, configuration, testing/UAT, deployment, and go-live.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience investigating complex technical or implementation issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or customer engagements simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative approach with experience working across technical, product, project management, sales, and support teams.
• Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on successful implementations, adoption, and long-term client outcomes.
