Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Technical Solutions Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of enterprise applications across areas such as drawing management/CAD, mail, and facilities. This is a client-facing role requiring collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver reliable, effective solutions.

The role focuses on maintaining health and stability of production apps, leading global programs, and evaluating new technologies to improve business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of experience or Master's degree with 8+ years of experience.
Experience with global enterprise applications and technology products in GxP or critical infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technology contact for assigned applications and solutions.
Ensure health, stability, performance, and ongoing support of production applications.
Lead and support global programs and commissioning/qualification activities across manufacturing sites.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and real-time data use.
Partner with business stakeholders to enhance processes and strategies across units.
Evaluate systems and emerging technologies and develop integrated information management strategies.
