We are seeking an exceptional Technical Solution Architect with expertise in pre-sales engagements. This role requires someone who can navigate the intersection of business and technology, transcending industry barriers to craft innovative solutions. Your primary focus will be leading pre-sales activities by leveraging your technical skills and business acumen to create compelling solutions that resonate with clients and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead pre-sales engagements, collaborating with sales teams to understand client requirements and craft tailored technical solutions.
  • Develop and present high-impact, client-facing proposals, clearly articulating technical aspects of solutions.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact during pre-sales activities, addressing client inquiries and technical feasibility questions.
  • Provide expertise in emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Design proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and demos to showcase solution value.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to create compelling materials like whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.
  • Conduct technical workshops and presentations to educate clients on solutions.
  • Continuously refine pre-sales strategies based on feedback and industry insights.
  • Work with post-sales teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation, providing technical insights and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Solution Architect or similar role, with a successful track record in pre-sales across various industries.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, solution design, and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in technologies like cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, AI/ML, IoT, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align solutions with client objectives.
  • Experience leading end-to-end solution development, from ideation to pre-sales support, with a customer-focused approach.
