Netsmart is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to design workflows, develop enterprise reports with ActiveReports, and translate complex business needs into scalable healthcare IT solutions. You will work with clients, analysts, and stakeholders to optimize systems, upgrades, and maintenance while driving adoption and value realization.

Apply solution knowledge within a single domain while incorporating end-user needs, regulatory context, and industry insight to design workflows and support solution adoption and client outcomes The Techncial Solution Architect serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing workflow consultation, solution design, system optimization, and reporting expertise to support clinical, operational, financial, and regulatory business objectives. This role partners with clients, application analysts, database teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions while guiding organizations through system enhancements, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. In addition to solution consulting responsibilities, the Solution Architect designs, develops, and maintains enterprise reports using ActiveReports and ActiveReports.NET, leveraging advanced SQL and data analysis skills to deliver accurate, actionable insights within the Netsmart myAvatar NX platform. The role is responsible for report development, testing, validation, performance optimization, documentation, and client knowledge transfer, ensuring reporting solutions support informed decision-making and maximize the value of the client's technology investment.
Travel expected up to 20% of the time as needed Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
