Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Field Support Representative to provide phone-based technical support to dealers, with some email communication, to diagnose and resolve issues. The role emphasizes first-call resolution and accurate interpretation of wiring diagrams, leveraging electrical measurement tools.

You will support field service and customer interactions, document activities, and may assist with campaigns or training materials. This onsite contract position is based in Waukesha, WI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience in field service and customer support.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• 1 year of experience using computers for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide predominantly phone-based support to dealers with technical troubleshooting.
• Take inbound calls to assist dealers with issues and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Review and interpret wiring diagrams accurately for troubleshooting.
• Document dealer/customer interactions thoroughly.
• Assist with special projects such as training materials and campaigns.
