Cennox in Green Bay, WI is seeking experienced Field Technicians to service our growing Field Services division. You will perform preventive maintenance, installations, diagnose issues with financial equipment, and train customers on proper use.

The role requires 3+ years in low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer use; ATM/Safe tech experience is a plus. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer use.
• Safe or ATM technical experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Service customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation, and diagnosing issues with financial equipment.
• Train customers on proper use of financial equipment.
• Travel to and service customers in Green Bay and surrounding areas.
