Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customer quality control and technical services teams.
  • Onboard and guide new customers through the implementation process.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams for timely equipment installation and integration.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, proactively identifying risks and communicating progress.
  • Build relationships with third-party suppliers and coordinate plant-level logistics.
  • Conduct standardized field testing at ready-mix concrete plants.
  • Provide technical support to QC and technical services teams and assist with product integration.
  • Collect, manage, analyze, and visualize concrete-specific data.
  • Identify opportunities to increase product utilization within customers' daily production.
  • Clearly communicate testing and implementation requirements.
  • Support digital integration between customer batching software and internal data systems.
  • Travel up to 60%.

We are seeking a Technical Services Specialist to join a growing technology company serving the concrete and construction industry.

This position is focused on customer implementation, technical support, field testing, and long-term customer success. The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal and project management skills along with technical aptitude and experience working directly with customers.

Experience within concrete, cement, admixtures, construction, or civil engineering is highly valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Need to Succeed
  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Strong customer support, service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate solutions to technical users.
  • Experience in construction, admixtures, civil engineering, cement, or concrete is a strong asset.
  • Project management experience involving planning, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers or partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous-improvement mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology degree/diploma is an asset.
  • Experience with collaboration and project management software.
  • CRM experience, such as Salesforce, is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
