Job description

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Review contracts, scopes, and specifications before and during construction.
  • Assist project teams with quality-related technical questions and solutions.
  • Review concrete mix designs in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor and verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies, documenting issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with general contractors, owners, and project teams to maintain
    quality.
  • Ensure regional compliance with safety and quality programs.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in concrete construction or materials testing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field
    (preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Skilled at field verification of dimensions and procedures.
  • Strong technical knowledge of concrete production, placement, and testing
    practices.
  • Understanding of industry standards and codes (ACI, PCI, TCA).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Physically able to walk job sites, climb ladders, and access multi-level scaffolding.
