Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or materials-related field preferred.
• 5+ years in cement, concrete, admixtures, or building materials technical roles.
• Experience in QA/QC, technical services, or product engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on cement performance, mix design, and construction applications.
• Support internal teams and customers with troubleshooting and training.
• Analyze market trends and competitor product performance.

Location: Denver, CO * This role can also be based out of Dallas, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; or Minneapolis, MN.

Salary: $145,000–$185,000 + 19% Bonus + $25k relocation package

About the Role

The Technical Services Manager serves as the primary technical resource for cement performance, concrete applications, and construction practices. You’ll support customers, partner with operations and quality teams, and help strengthen product reliability and market confidence across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance on cement performance, mix design, and construction applications
• Support internal teams and customers with troubleshooting and training
• Analyze market trends and competitor product performance
• Present technical information to engineers, contractors, and industry professionals
• Recommend process or material improvements to enhance product quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or materials‑related field preferred
• 5+ years in cement, concrete, admixtures, or building materials technical roles
• Experience in QA/QC, technical services, or product engineering
• Strong understanding of cement chemistry, blended cements, SCMs, and admixtures preffered
• Skilled in presentations, technical communication, and customer interaction
