McKinstry is seeking a Program Manager to guide a team of building consultants in the Southeast and mid-Atlantic. You’ll lead technical delivery, support sales pursuits, and ensure high-quality project outcomes aligned with energy efficiency and commissioning services.

You’ll collaborate with sales and project teams, manage scope and risk, and contribute to continuous improvement while mentoring engineers and pursuing credentials such as PE or LEED AP where applicable.

Qualifications

• Engineering/STEM degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Highly proficient in facility operations and/or HVAC systems.
• Experience presenting to clients and key decision-makers.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents.

Responsabilités

• Lead project planning and delivery for facility, energy, and commissioning programs.
• Support business development with scoping, pricing input, and client meetings.
• Provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and process improvement across projects.
