Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Program Manager to guide a growing South Technical Services team in the MO region, focusing on building consultants and end-to-end project execution. You will partner with sales, support project management, and deliver services like facility condition assessments, preventive maintenance planning, and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Engineering/STEM degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in facilities management or related field.
• Proficient in facility operations and HVAC systems.
• Experience presenting to clients and key decision-makers.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents (drawings, specs, controls sequences).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; internal/external collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Delivery: lead technical delivery across programs, provide guidance on facilities management, energy efficiency and commissioning; drive high-quality deliverables within financial targets.
• Business Development Support: assist local sales pursuits, price projects, review proposals, manage scope, and support client meetings.
• Technical Leadership & Expertise: act as go-to expert for building operations and energy conservation; train junior engineers and improve internal processes.
