Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Program Manager to join the South Technical Services division. You will guide a dynamic team of building consultants, partnering with sales to develop and price client solutions, and support multiple service offerings including facility condition assessments and capital planning.

You will act as a technical leader in facility operations and energy efficiency, with opportunities to mentor junior engineers and potentially take on people management responsibilities in the

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience required.
• Highly proficient in facility operations and/or HVAC systems.
• Experience presenting to clients and key-decision makers.
• Ability to read and understand construction documents (drawings, specifications, controls sequences, etc).
• Proficient in Communication/Teaming/Internal and External Interactions.
• Experience working with Building Automation Systems preferred.
• Credentials in engineering or building management (PE, FMP, CFM, LEED AP, etc) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide projects across the South region, collaborating with sales to develop, price, and present client solutions.
• Support project management and execution of Technical Services offerings such as Facility Condition Assessments, Preventative Maintenance Planning, and Capital Planning.
• Serve as a technical leader in facility operations and energy efficiency, ensuring quality control and continuous process improvement.
• Train junior engineers in technical concepts and potentially assume people management responsibilities in the future.
