McKinstry seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from initiation to closeout in a fast-paced environment. You will develop plans, schedules, and scopes, coordinate internal and external resources, and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and delivering accurate business reports, with strong PeopleFirst benefits and growth opportunities within a purpose-driven firm.

Competenze

• Eight (8) years of experience in project management, building operations or related field.
• Experience with working for a General Contractor or Major Mechanical Subcontractor.
• Proficient in scheduling software: Microsoft Project, Primavera, and/or Suretrak.
• Knowledge of construction management, commercial building process, financial acumen.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project; SharePoint preferred.
• RCDD, CPM designation preferred.
• Knowledge of construction financial programs and software.
• Basic estimating skills preferred.
• Knowledge of labor relations including union contract requirements and hiring practices preferred.

• Leads projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develops and manages project plans, schedules and scopes of work.
• Oversees scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion.
• Communicates with clients and project resources (subcontractors and vendors).
• Documents discussions, outcomes and decisions.
• Supports Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
• Researches and evaluates new products and vendors.
• Manages pre-construction process with the field foremen and Business Manager.
