McKinstry is seeking a Program Manager to lead the South Technical Services division, guiding a team of building consultants and expanding owner-direct offerings that improve energy efficiency, comfort and lifespan of buildings.

You will drive program planning, technical leadership, and staffing, while partnering with Business Development to pursue energy and commissioning opportunities across existing and new construction projects.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of BCxA commissioning procedures preferred.
• PE license preferred; CEM preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead South technical staff in program planning and delivery.
• Provide technical support on energy efficiency and commissioning projects.
• Drive QA/QC and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting financial targets.
• Support Business Development for energy/commissioning opportunities.
• Mentor and develop engineers on technical concepts and testing methods.
