Job summary

Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) in Virginia is seeking a Technical Service Manager (TSM) to support the NASA RSES contract. The TSM will work with the Program Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities across 16 Technical Service Categories to deliver core mission support and IDIQ task orders.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in federal contracting, excellent communication, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of relevant experience in federal government contracting (NASA).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with government customers and senior managers.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in planning, direction and coordination of activities to achieve program goals.
• Maintain knowledge base across NASA Enterprise and coordinate with leadership to set priorities.
• Manage relationships with NASA CORs and subcontractors, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee TSC portfolios, development of technical/workforce plans, budgets and schedules, and risk management.
• Engage in workforce management activities including staffing, coaching, and development, to ensure project success.
• Prepare reports and presentations for customers and senior management.
• Identify process improvements to enhance program efficiency and drive innovation.
