Job summary

Analytical Mechanics Associates (AMA) in Hampton, VA, is seeking a Technical Service Manager to support NASA's RSES contract. The TSM will coordinate program activities, align technical service categories, and partner with the Integration and Innovation Manager to connect technology initiatives with the customer's strategy.

The role requires 10+ years in federal contracting, strong leadership and communication, and experience managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of federal government contracting experience (NASA).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with government customers and leadership.
Strong leadership and proven multi-project management ability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience researching and fielding new and innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

Set program priorities with leadership to meet milestones.
Maintain knowledge across the NASA Enterprise.
Manage customer relationships and serve as the main point of contact for TSCs.
Oversee TSC portfolios with scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Monitor financial performance and participate in reviews.
Manage subcontractor relations and project risks.
Conduct workforce management including coaching and development.
Prepare and deliver reports and documentation to stakeholders.
Identify process improvements and stay current with industry trends.
Promote cross-cutting technical innovation.
