Job summary

Analytical Mechanics Associates, Inc. (AMA) seeks a Technical Service Manager to support the NASA RSES contract.

The role involves planning, directing, and coordinating activities across multiple Technical Service Categories, providing technical expertise and strategic vision, and collaborating with the Integration and Innovation Manager to align program initiatives with the customer’s strategic plan. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years of relevant federal government contracting experience (NASA).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling strong collaboration with government customers and senior managers.
Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and experience researching and fielding new technologies.

Responsibilities

Set program priorities with leadership to meet milestones and customer expectations.
Maintain knowledge across the NASA Enterprise and manage relationships with NASA CORs and Technical Service Leads.
Oversee TSC portfolios, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, forecasts, and deliverables.
Manage project risks and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer specs.
Conduct workforce management including staffing, coaching, and career development.
Prepare and present reports and documentation to customers and senior management.
