Analytical Mechanics Associates seeks a Technical Service Manager to lead planning, direction, and coordination of Technical Service Categories under NASA contracts. This role emphasizes programmatic leadership, strategic technical vision, and customer engagement across the NASA enterprise. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in federal contracting, with exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 10+ years of federal contracting experience.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with government customers.
Proven leadership and program management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, direction, and coordination of assigned Technical Service Categories.
Maintain relationships with NASA customers and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction.
Oversee budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables for TSC TDNs/TOs.
Manage workforce assignments, engagement, coaching, and career development.
Prepare reports and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
