You will organize electronic files, coordinate trainings, and assist Project Managers on daily requests while pursuing a related degree. The internship emphasizes independence, strong communication, and hands-on experience in construction materials testing and DOT data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare testing information, project plans and field materials.
• Assist with maintaining testing records and project closeout documentation.
• Enter and submit testing data into DOT databases as required.
• Help coordinate training and certifications for field technicians.
• Assist with preparing and updating QC plans, manuals and training materials.
• Organize and maintain electronic QC files and project records.
• Support Project Managers and field technicians with testing data, questions and daily requests.
• Assist with scheduling, incentive/disincentive tracking, fleet administration and other Technical Services needs.

The Position:
