You will gain exposure to field operations, safety, quality control, and project documentation while developing professional communication and independent work habits.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with project scheduling, coordination, budgets, progress reports, and weekly project schedules.
• Support quantity reporting, cost tracking, labor budgets, and material scheduling.
• Communicate with Construction Managers, subcontractors, and vendors for project updates.
• Assist with material requisitions, project documentation, and general project administration.
• Participate in jobsite visits to observe construction activities, progress and quality.
• Assist with addressing delays, weather impacts, and other jobsite challenges.
• Support site safety efforts and participate in meetings with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Assist with quality control and building positive relationships with customers and team members.
