Walbec Group is seeking a Project Manager Summer 2027 Internship in Wisconsin to support scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination across multiple construction domains. You will engage with Construction Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain updates, manage documentation, and participate in safety and quality assurance activities.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with strong communication skills and a self-starter

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with project scheduling, coordination, budgets, progress reports, and weekly project schedules.
• Support quantity reporting, cost tracking, labor budgets, and material scheduling.
• Communicate with Construction Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain project updates.
• Assist with material requisitions, project documentation, and general project administration.
• Participate in jobsite visits and observe construction activities, progress, and quality.
• Assist with addressing project delays, weather impacts, and other jobsite challenges.
• Support site safety efforts and participate in owner, subcontractor, and project meetings.
• Assist with quality control and building positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, and project team members.

The Position:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
