Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks a Technical Services Engineer to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on RCx and building automation across multi-building campuses. You will provide deep MEP expertise, guide commissioning, and ensure delivery of energy and operational performance improvements.

The role requires leadership, strong problem-solving, and collaboration with project managers, engineers, and staff to achieve cutting-edge energy solutions in higher education and healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is required.
• Proven leadership with the ability to mentor others.
• Strong problem-solving, systems analysis, and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute all technical design, pre-construction, and construction-phase tasks.
• Lead site surveys to determine facility conditions and requirements.
• Integrate energy conservation strategies for unified energy management.
• Collaborate with engineers of record to align with codes and standards.
• Advise project team on technical and resource requirements for outcomes.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment and system installations and upgrades.
• Identify gaps in execution and develop standards to resolve issues.
• Develop tools to support project execution and mentor TS staff.
