Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Technical Services Engineer (TSE) to deliver expert energy conservation and commissioning across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare environments. You will apply building automation and energy management best practices to optimize performance and drive successful RCx projects.

The role requires deep MEP knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical work streams with minimal supervision while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
PE license required or able to obtain.
5+ years in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.

Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance to pre-engineering teams during data collection surveys.
Coordinate site surveys to assess facility conditions and scope.
Develop energy conservation strategies for RCx projects.
Assist design teams with integration of energy conservation strategies.
Review RFPs and submittals for scope and quality.
Conduct commissioning reviews and assist in problem resolution.
Prepare technical reports and support tool development.
Uphold ENFRA brand through quality execution.
