ENFRA Solutions seeks a Technical Services Engineer (TSE) to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on retro-commissioning, HVAC, building automation, and energy management across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare.

The TSE will lead design and commissioning tasks, mentor TS staff, and collaborate with engineers of record to ensure optimized systems and high-quality documentation, with 30%–40% travel.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning
• PE license required
• Expert technical knowledge and strong problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to analyze complex systems and meet project deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Independently executes all technical design, pre-construction, and construction-phase engineering tasks
• Leads site surveys to determine facility conditions and requirements
• Integrates energy conservation strategies for unified energy management
• Collaborates with engineers of record to align with codes and standards
• Advises project team on technical and resource needs to achieve outcomes
• Troubleshoots complex equipment and system installations and optimizes upgrades
• Identifies gaps in project execution and creates standards to resolve issues
• Develops new tools to support project execution
• Provides leadership and mentoring within the Technical Services organization
• Develops training materials and post-implementation operations training
