Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Technical Services Engineer (TSE) to deliver energy conservation measures for retro-commissioning across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare environments. The role requires deep MEP design expertise, building automation experience, and the ability to guide commissioning from start to finish with minimal supervision.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with project managers, and help optimize system performance while upholding ENFRA's standards.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
PE license required.
Authoritative technical expertise in building systems, energy management and commissioning standards.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of mentoring technical teams.

Responsibilities

Serves as technical authority across all phases of commissioning and development.
Integrates energy management solutions across complex projects.
Balances project constraints with required outcomes for Technical Services.
Develops standard operating procedures to resolve systemic issues.
Informs major business decisions while executing project assignments.
Mentors Technical Services staff and engineers.
Handles complex system integrations and optimization across multi-system plants.
