Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Technical Services Engineer (TSE) to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on HVAC, building automation, and energy conservation measures for multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare. The TSE will guide the commissioning process, optimize system performance, and mentor Technical Services staff.

Ideal candidates have a PE license, 7+ years in engineering design or retro-commissioning, and experience with energy management strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• PE license required or eligible.
• Experience in engineering design and energy management.
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor others.
• Proven problem-solving with complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute all technical design, pre-construction, and construction-phase tasks.
• Lead site surveys to determine facility conditions and requirements.
• Integrate energy conservation strategies for unified energy management.
• Collaborate with engineers of record and project teams to meet outcomes.
• Provide training materials and post-implementation operations training.
