Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Technical Services Engineer (TSE) to support Energy-as-a-Service projects. The role focuses on developing and implementing energy conservation measures for retro-commissioning across multi-building campuses in higher education and healthcare environments.

You will lead commissioning activities, collaborate with engineers of record, and ensure excellence in execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• PE license required.
• Expertise in building systems, energy management, and commissioning standards.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority across all phases of commissioning and development.
• Integrate energy management solutions across multidisciplinary project scopes.
• Guide execution with standard operating procedures and company standards.
• Inform major business decisions while delivering on project assignments.
• Mentor and coach Technical Services staff.
