Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to support Energy-as-a-Service projects. The role provides technical direction in energy conservation measures for retro-commissioning across multi-building campuses in higher education and healthcare, with emphasis on HVAC, building automation, and energy management.

The TSE collaborates with the engineer of record, mentors Technical Services staff, and ensures high-quality execution, documentation, and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering design, energy management, or retro commissioning.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Proven leadership and mentoring ability.
• Strong problem-solving and complex systems analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently executes design, pre-construction, and construction-phase tasks.
• Leads site surveys and determines facility conditions and requirements.
• Implements energy conservation strategies across systems.
• Collaborates with engineers of record to meet codes and standards.
• Provides mentorship and training within Technical Services.
