Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Technical Services Associate | Audio Visual (AV) Tech in Chantilly, VA. The role combines IT support for computer systems with AV/VTC duties in a fast-paced environment. The position is onsite at the Chantilly office and requires a TS/SCI clearance with poly and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Must obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II within 6 months of hire.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
• U.S. Citizens only.
• Experience providing onsite technical support.
• 1–2 years of hardware updates experience.

Role Overview – Technical Services

• Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing AV/VTC events with minimal supervision when necessary.
• Develop and implement procedures, policies, and technical solutions to address customers' AV and VTC requirements.
• Participate in handling AV and VTC installations as well as hardware upgrades.

Qualifications

Required Certifications

• Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree and 0-2 years of experience. 4 additional years of experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
• Candidates Must obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification within 6 months of hire.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to get a Poly
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
• Experience providing onsite technical support
• 1-2 years of experience doing hardware updates.

Target salary range $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
