Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Services Account Manager in San Jose, CA to lead sales of Field Services and Industrial business and to develop long-term customer relationships within an assigned territory. You will drive lead generation, close deals, and collaborate across the Environmental Sales team to meet revenue targets.

Preferred candidates have Hazardous Waste experience and are willing to travel 30-50%. Texas or California-based field experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Services or Industrial Services and related project management is a plus.
• Hazardous waste remediation or emergency response exposure is beneficial.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities expected for client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Establish new business opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Negotiate pricing and contract requirements with customers.
• Nurture and strengthen customer relationships to drive revenue and cross-sell opportunities.
• Track activities, opportunities, and accounts in CH tools and report progress.
