Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Services Account Manager in San Jose, California to join the Environmental Sales team. The role focuses on lead generation and securing Field Services and Industrial business including hazardous waste remediation, tank cleaning and emergency response within the assigned territory.

The candidate should have Hazardous Waste experience preferred; travel 30-50% and collaboration with internal teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates with Hazardous Waste experience are encouraged to apply regardless of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in sales or business management is an asset.
• Experience in Field Services or Industrial Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with customers to gain profitable Field Services revenue.
• Lead generation and securing Field Services and Industrial business within assigned territory.
• Collaborate with other sales teams and establish new business opportunities.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives and track activities in CH tools.
• Negotiate pricing and contract requirements; manage sales expenses.
