Responsibilities

• Schedule on-site service visits with customers and field reps.
• Collect and maintain documentation for service appointments.
• Manage work orders, customer records, and service activity in Salesforce and ERP.
• Build weekly technician schedules and communicate updates.
• Process service orders, purchase orders, payments, and invoicing.
• Assist Accounts Receivable with billing inquiries.
• Ensure services are scheduled, documented, and completed on time.
