Job summary

AllTech Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Coordinator to support our Comfort Consultants by guiding inquiries through installation.

You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, manage leads and orders, and assist with proposals and contracts to keep projects moving smoothly. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or sales support, strong communication, and proficiency with scheduling tools and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or inside sales support experience.
• Experience booking sales appointments or supporting a high-volume Sales Team is a big plus
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Comfortable with scheduling software, Microsoft Office tools, and multi-line phone systems
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including alternating weekends
• This is an on-site role at our office in Northern Virginia
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Support customers and Comfort Consultants by making the process seamless from inquiry to installation.
• Handle inbound calls from homeowners and turn questions into appointments.
• Enter and manage leads, quotes, and orders with speed and accuracy.
• Assist with proposal prep, follow-ups, and contract coordination.
• Schedule installations, manage materials and ordering, and keep jobs on track.
• Maintain accurate records, update sales databases, and prepare reports.
