Job Summary

Responsible for optimizing customer processes and conditions while providing education to external customers on how to run Avient materials. Tasks include tooling design, flow modeling, troubleshooting customer issues, and possibly resolving customer complaints. May also develop new application or product launch testing plans, perform data analysis, and communicate results. Requires over three years of relevant experience with minimal supervision.

Essential Functions

1. Participate in the development of new application and product launch testing plans, data analysis, and communication of results.
2. Identify technical specifications required for established Avient customers.
3. Document and prepare product specifications, incorporating Avient products and services into customer applications.
4. Participate in resolving customer complaints/issues. #LI-CB1, #LI-Remote

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
