Foreman / Field Manager

Summary:

• You can live anywhere in the Southeast US; we pay your travel to projects.
• Travel: Nearly 100% travel, typically in 3-week sprints.
• All expenses paid, including per diem, mileage, and housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers to ensure execution of electrical scope, including planning, layout, and oversight of electrical personnel.
• Prepare scheduling and productivity plans for assigned work.
• Act as liaison between project manager and on-site clients, partners, or customers.
• Communicate needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure materials, tools, safety equipment, and information are ready for installations.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance and company safety policies.
• Compile and submit project reports, including logs, safety initiatives, timesheets, and testing records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Complete projects on schedule and within manhours.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience in the electrical industry, specifically in commercial retail.
• Experience and ability to lead small to medium projects.
• Strong knowledge of applicable building codes.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 or higher certification.
• Preference for active State Electrical Journeyman or Master license.

Compensation:

• Annual pay ranges from $90,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and licensure.
• Includes paid housing, vehicle allowance, fuel card, credit card, per diem, and performance bonus.
• Two weeks’ vacation accrued annually.
