Qualifications

  • 3 years of technical experience in a hospital setting preferred.
  • Computer networking, connectivity, and software troubleshooting experience.
  • DICOM and PACS experience a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service with empathetic mindset.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking for complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Learn specialized industry-specific software and configurations to support MIM customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical assistance to hospital IT, PACS administrators, clinicians, and staff.
  • Use remote technologies to diagnose and resolve complex issues and guide software configuration for data sharing.
  • Perform software updates, upgrades, and system migrations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at every step of the support journey.
  • Share technical insights with product, quality, and management to improve software and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members in developing cross-functional solutions.
  • Facilitate technical training sessions for team members and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to departmental operational improvement initiatives.
