Job summary

Tri-Imaging Solutions seeks an Imaging Service Engineer I to support the safe, accurate operation of diagnostic imaging systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance and assist with basic repairs under senior engineers.

You will provide on-site and remote technical support to hospitals within an assigned territory, developing expertise through hands-on experience and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience servicing diagnostic imaging equipment in hospital/clinic or field service settings.
• CBET, CRES, OEM certifications, or military imaging training preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of radiographic, fluoroscopic, CT, MRI, ultrasound technologies.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to service requests and evaluate equipment issues.
• Build positive relationships with clinical staff, vendors, and colleagues.
• Provide professional communication and minimize disruption to patient care.
• Keep customers informed of equipment status and repair progress.
• Assist senior engineers with in-service education and operator training.
• Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to company values.
