Job summary

Adani Group in Salem, VA seeks a Technical Services professional to deliver on-site product support and drive demand generation in the assigned territory.

You will provide end-user technical service, promote products, and report findings to RTSM while managing relationships with key accounts and influencers. The role requires Civil Engineering background and 3+ years in infra/industrial sectors.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in MNC/large-scale infra sectors.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and Influencer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to end users and conduct product promotion in the assigned territory.
• Regularly report to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM.
• Deliver customer service to end customers in designated districts.
• Track and report product quality through on-site tests and market sampling.
• Collect feedback from end customers on selling process and report to RTSM.
• Manage relationships with Key Accounts and Key influencers.

Purpose/Objective

• Purpose of Position 1.
• This position is responsible for providing technical services to end users & conducting product promotion/demand generation activities in the assigned territory.
• 2.
• This position also involves knowledge sharing/engagement activities with the influencers like contractors & engineers for increasing the brand recommendation & implementation of influencer engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities of Role

• Deliverables / Responsible for (results) 1.
• Providing regular input to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM 2.
• Provide Customer Service to end customers in the designated districts 3.
• Track and report quality of company products through on site tests and market sampling 4.
• Collect independent feedback from end customers about selling process (Price, Service Levels, Quality, etc. ) and report the same to the Regional Technical Service Manager – RTSM.
