The role requires designing experiments, troubleshooting field challenges, and contributing to growth objectives while communicating results clearly. Travel ~30% expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or related field (or military equivalent).
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in rigid foam polyurethane products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical interactions with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Collaborate across R&D, commercial, supply chain and manufacturing to support trials and scale‑up of products.
• Document work, communicate results, and protect Dow’s intellectual capital.
