Job summary
Johnson Controls, Inc. is launching an Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program in New Jersey for recent graduates.
The 6-month training program pairs you with a mentor and exposes you to nationwide sales professionals, classroom learning, hands-on work, and customer interactions to build technical and business skills for a high-growth sales career. Participants will engage with contractors, architects, engineers, and owners, and learn to present technical solutions that improve building
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
- Learn Johnson Controls' security equipment, services, and building solutions.
- Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
- Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
- Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
- Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
