Johnson Controls invites recent graduates to join the Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program, a six-month developer program designed to launch a career in technical sales. You will be paired with a mentor and work with a nationwide sales network, gaining hands-on experience, classroom training, and customer interactions to build technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or a related field with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
