Job summary

Johnson Controls in California offers a 6-month Early Career Sales Engineering BEST program for new engineering graduates. You’ll be mentored, paired with sales professionals, and gain hands-on experience with customer interactions to grow technical and business acumen.

You’ll develop relationships with contractors, architects, and engineers while supporting proposals and opportunities to drive building performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with anticipated graduation Dec 2026 or May/Jun 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' HVAC equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
