Job summary

SEW-EURODRIVE is seeking a technically skilled engineer to deliver on-site and remote support for electronic controllers and electro-mechanical equipment. Expect regular travel to customer sites and overseas assignments.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and document technical information, read wiring diagrams, and work with PLCs and fieldbus networks. A 10% shift premium applies for 2nd/3rd shifts; benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering/technology or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ experience with industrial VFD drives.
• Ability to read parts lists, catalogs, price books, and factory instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting/repair at customer sites.
• Provide technical assistance over the phone.
• Inspect and repair SEW products and maintain technical information.
• Travel domestically and overseas as required; stay overnight as needed.
