Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in automotive/paint/coatings.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of multiple paint lines and industry certifications (BASF, AkzoNobel, Axalta, PPG).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and handle hazardous materials environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site client visits to assess facility compatibility and deliver product demonstrations.
• Provide tailored recommendations to drive sales outcomes and analyze paint departments.
• Deliver technical training and product education to customers and staff.
• Maintain communication with prospects and clients via email, phone, and in person.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and location managers to support team growth and training initiatives.
